Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13
Men face unique challenges in today's world. How can we work, lead our families, volunteer in the church and community, and make time for ourselves - when there are only so many hours in a day? Being a man who follows Jesus has never been more important, and perhaps never been more difficult. Because of that, we think it's best that we try and fight together to be the best men we can be. The men's ministry at HILLCITY is about all that and more. We offer opportunities for men to talk, bond over a drink or a game, study and pray together, or even throw a giant axe at a wooden target :) Sometimes dudes just need to be dudes, WITH other dudes. We get that, and we're all about it. We've got monthly groups, mentoring opportunities, and special events throughout the year to help us connect. If you're a guy, looking for a way to grow in your faith and be in community with other men, we hope you'll keep scrolling and join us sometime soon!
guys talking guy stuff
Each month on the 1st Tuesday at 7PM, the men of HILLCITY gather together to talk about what it looks like for men to follow Jesus, lead their families, make it in marriage, and so much more. We've always got something to eat, and we'd encourage you to bring your beverage of choice. We'll have a unique topic each month, so even if you've never been before, NEXT month is the month for you to come check it out!

Sometimes, even guys need other guys to talk to. About the things that only another guy will understand. Struggles that only another man would have also faced or be able to help us through. Theres's also value in hearing from another man in the next stage of life, who's been where you're going, and faced what you're facing. Growing TOGETHER is always better than trying to go it alone. In that vein, we've created a program for the men of HILLCITY to connect over things like these and more. Each guy is paired with a mentor or mentee in a small group predicated on relational and spiritual growth. Groups meet once or twice a month to talk, pray, share a laugh, and share in their struggles. We think these kind of relationships are FOUNDATIONAL to becoming the men that Jesus calls us to be. We'd love to have you join us in becoming men who impact our families, church, and communities.
